Namaste! I’m Jaivrat Saroha, a designer + researcher who thrives in a collaborative environment, loves to solve design puzzles, and periodically hoards fancy fonts.
Currently pursuing a Master's in Human-Computer Interaction & Design @ Indiana University Bloomington (graduating this May!), I hold a Bachelor's in Computer Science & Engineering with a minor in Design from Shiv Nadar University.
My experience spans collaborations with Nielsen Norman Group as a UX Research Assistant, IBM as an Application Developer for 2.5 years, Industrial Design Center @ IIT-Bombay, and DRDO India, focusing on UI development, interaction design, and UX research. I'm a digital well-being advocate and contributed to a dark patterns research project at Weave Lab, IIIT-Delhi, under Dr. Aman Parnami.
Beyond pixels and post-its, you might find me strategizing my next move on Chess.com (a win is always nice, but I'll settle for a draw!). But design is always on my mind, whether I'm sketching ideas, researching user behavior, or collaborating with fellow designers!
